Fee Assistance

The Department is committed to ensuring that cost does not prevent access to lawful remedies. If you are unable to pay the applicable fee due to financial hardship, contact your nearest regional office to enquire about assistance provisions.

Emergency tenant protection matters — including active illegal eviction and lockout situations — are handled as a priority regardless of fee payment status.
